Our Story

Troy Training Sparks was born out of a passion for helping small business owners succeed. Helen, one of the founders of Troy Accounting, has spent decades working closely with businesses of all sizes, guiding them through the complexities of financial management and strategic planning. As a Chartered Accountant and experienced business owner herself, she saw a recurring theme: many entrepreneurs were struggling—not just with their finances, but with the overall demands of running a business.

She wanted to create something more than just another training program—she wanted to build a resource that would empower business owners to take control of their future.

She knew there had to be a better way to support business owners. Drawing on her expertise in accounting and business management from the last 25+ years, Helen envisioned a platform that could provide clear, practical, and accessible education. And so, Troy Training Sparks was created. Troy Training Sparks reflects Helen’s commitment to sharing the knowledge and tools she has gained over the years.
